Job Responsibities

  • Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements to client provided excellent customer service.
  • Manage and inspire a team ranging 20-50+ top performing Travel Professionals providing 24 x 7 support
  • Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information.
  • Be responsible for delivering superior services to customers- metrics delivery (quality and productivity), internal customer satisfaction, and leadership updates etc.
  • Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • To create network with tour operators.
  • Maximize and encourage “Employee Engagement” through various initiatives.

We Would Prefer candidates from Travel Domain Only

Qualifications Required:

  1.   Should be graduate or equivalent with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
  2.   Must have extensive knowledge of the Travel business.
  3.   Thought leadership and Analytic experience to deal with complex business problems.
  4.   Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization
  5.   Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver extraordinary.
  6.   Project Leadership experience in order to manage department-wide initiatives
  7.   Strong Operations management experience with large span of control.
  8.   Excellent communication skills, including written, presentation and employee interaction as well analytic bent of mind to identify opportunities.
  9.   Flexibility to work in a 24*7 environment..

  • Reporting for affiliate marketing promotions and activity.

  • Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements.
  • Continually motivating affiliates to perform better.
  • Keeping track of affiliate sales and paying affiliates in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions

Skills Required

  • Effective sales and negotiation skills
  • Driven and results-orientated
  • Effective reporting and presentation skills
  • Highly numerate
  • A good understanding of tracking technology
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English (an additional language would be a bonus)
